I had requested Derick because the 2 times I had taken my truck in for recall updates he was the one I had spoken to and liked his customer service. He gave me his cellphone number and told me to call him if I had any questions while it was there. I sent him pictures of what my dashboard looked like when it was messing up because it wasn't doing it at the time. He ran the pictures off and put them with my paperwork. The service was done and I believe the problems I had were fixed. I only drive it about once a week. Today, a new icon showed up and I couldn't figure out what it was, so I took a picture and sent it Derick and he told me what it represented. If I have a problem in the future I hope to deal with Derick again. Thank you TECHUMSEH, OK

Ask him to check out a rearview mirror. They said they didn’t have time schedule a later date to come back and it’s 40 mile round-trip so one very happy with that. They could’ve diagnosed the problem within five minutes ordered the parts and I could go back and fix it. Plus I didn’t ask for my rewards. We’re quoted $1,600 for the repairs, took it to another mechanic and has the same work done for $500 with a guaranteed warranty of their work.
